Following IMX as sponsor of the uniform above the player number is Mito Securities, a large financial services corporation founded in Mito about 100 years ago and currently headquartered in Tokyo. The deal lasts through January of 2009 and has been promoted on that corporation's main web site.
There is little doubt that in terms of prestige, this sponsorship is an improvement.
