CONFIRMED IN:
-Goalkeeper Shinichi Shuto joins the club from Kashima Antlers.
-Defender Yuuki Ozawa joins the club from Dutch side W. Sho.
-Defender Keisuke Hoshino joins the club fresh out of college.
-Midfielder Kento Tsurumaki joins Mito on loan from Tokyo Verdy, having previously played at Fagiano Okayama.
OUT:
-Ki-Su Kim goes to FC Perada Fukushima.
