Mito and Kusatsu fielded a reserve game and shared the spoils at Kasamatsu. Mito's goal was taken by defender Hoshino, and with two keepers having just returned from the Emperor's Cup win in Fukuoka, Mito's youth team keeper had a chance in this game.
Mito is 3rd place out of 5 in the reserve league group. However, Mito has also played two more games than the other teams.
