Forward Keisuke Endo has been chosen to participate for Japan in the upcoming SBS Cup International Youth Soccer tournament. The tournament, held in Shizuoka and organized by Shizuoka News, is the first preliminary event leading up to the 2009 U-20 World Cup in Egypt. This year the participants will be Argentina U-19, Australia U-19, Japan U-19, and Shizuoka's own team, being a gathering of players from Shizuoka high schools who may or may not be affiliated with J. League or JFL sides.
