Emperors Cup Update
Yesterday, regional league team Zweigen Kanazawa defeated FC Kariya in its second straight Emperors Cup win over a JFL team. They will face Mito at Kasamatsu on October 7, and may prove to be a challenge for the home team with former HollyHock player Yusuke Gondo and Brazilian striker Danilo.
