Mito gained its first point in the standings with a scoreless draw at Ehime yesterday.
Reports state that Mito played a better style than Ehime and should have won the match, but thatthe right chances weren't taken to score goals. Mito played much more aggressively, resulting in five yellow cards compared to none for Ehime.
With this point, Mito is still eleventh out of the thirteen division 2 teams, ahead of Osaka by goal differential and Tosu who have lost each game thus far.
