If the referee initially calls a dive, and then as a long discussion with the line judge calling it a PK, and then that PK gives the opponent the win, when it was neither a dive nor a foul and just incidental contact not worthy of a penalty for either side, it isn't nice.
After the match, Kota Yoshihara mentioned the lack of a foul. He also mentioned the worminess of the referee BEFORE the match.

Mito actually moved above Kusatsu in the rankings with this loss, from 12th to 11th, thanks to Kusatsu losing by 3 to Tokushima.
