Mito's first time hosting Oita in a long time was called off after less than 40 minutes due to severe lightning. It's only the 4th match to be called off in the history of J. League.
The game will be made up later in the season from the beginning and yesterday's ticket stubs will be honored.
Endo and Murata, who were suspended from this match due to accumulated cautions, will instead miss out the next match away at Kitakyushu.
It is somewhat good news for Mito, as injured keeper Honma may only need to miss one league match while recovering.

Optimistic about the game tomorrow?
We haven't been playing very well since the World Cup. Doesn't look like there will be any lightning though!
