Mito has announced a new project in player training. Manager Kiyama has stated that all players should be able to shoot, and all players should be able to defend. Even defenders will have a professional minimum standard of goal scoring, and likewise forwards must be able to competently defend at the same level expected of a defender.
To go along with the strategy, a new poster promoting the concept has been created with Nangoku Kawamata, native of Ibaraki and famous calligrapher featured in museums worldwide.
