I worked the gate at this game in a POURING storm, and so decided to watch through the fence from the comfort of the enterance tent rather than take a non-obstructed view from the seats.
Sendai went down to 10 players in the first half but still gave up a point in the second. The team didn't play well, and seeing as how Mito has never beaten Sendai and plays worse as the weather gets worse, today's play might have needed 11 vs. 9 just to bring about a tie.
One positive note is that it is the second home game in a row where Mito has NOT had the lowest attendance of J. League games this leg...
